Emi Ahlo

Aloha kākou! I am currently serving as Vice Undergraduate President and Undergraduate Council - Executive Board Liason. Previously I served as 2022 Senator. I am studying Civil Engineering with a minor in Communications. I was born in Las Vegas, and I moved to Hawai'i when I was seven. I am part Native Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, Irish, and English.

Aside from Student Government, I am a part of Alpha Delta Phi Society, Ballroom Dance, DDR Club, Hawai'i Cultural Club, the Afro-Cuban Jazz Orchestra, and starting in SY 2019-20 I will be a mentor in the Women's Mentoring Program.

Last year I was a part of the Student Life Committee, where I helped with transfer student concerns and assisted in a report to help improve the Student Health Center. Through these projects, I learned the importance of being well-informed. This year want to use my roles to absorb as much as I can about students and student government, thus allowing me to best serve everyone in return. I plan on being members of the Student Life Committee and the Multicultural Leadership Council.
