I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve the additional subsidy request of $875.28, for salary and benefits for the Men's Club Basketball coach from FY22 Club Contingencies, effective immediately. The combined total for the salary and benefits will be $1775.28 with dues covering $900.00.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve Men’s Club Basketball’s proposal for a new program, entitled “Coach’s Salaries”, which entails hiring a new coach for the club, effective immediately.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve Club Volleyball’s dues increase from $20 to $50 per person for non-competitive players, and $30 to $75 per person for competitive players, effective immediately.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve that Men’s Club Basketball increase their dues from $65 per player to $115 per player, effective immediately.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board reclassify Lavender Alliance as a retired Union Club from their previous status as a Union funded Club, effective immediately.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve RPI Raaga as a Union Recognized Club, effective immediately.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve RPI Fire Emblem Club as a Union Recognized club, effective immediately.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board reallocate $2108.00 from Goal B, Program 2 of The Pep Band’s budget for FY21 to Goal A, Program 1 of The Pep Band’s budget for FY21 for the purpose of purchasing new music to update their inventory of music.

WHEREAS RPI has announced policies and guidelines for the Fall return to campus to adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic;

WHEREAS the 51st Student Senate recognizes how vital precautions are to slow the spread of COVID-19 and keep the members of the Rensselaer community safe;

WHEREAS the off-campus housing bathroom density policy, announced on July 2nd, limits off-campus residential bathroom density to no more than 2 students per bathroom;
