I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve RPI Chess Club as a Union recognized club, effective immediately.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve the Multicultural Leadership Council's proposal for a new program, entitled "Olympic Games", which entails a fun sports competition.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve the Multicultural Leadership Council proposal for a new program, which entails a friendly lip-syncing competition. 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve a stop-gap budget of $248.00 for Rensselaer Pokemon Organization fro FY20 stop-gap contingencies. 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board request that the members of Men's Club Soccer initiate removal procedures for the former treasurer of Men's Club Soccer in accordance with the club's constitution.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board place Men’s Club Soccer on probation for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2020, as a result of their recent violations of the Rensselaer Union Guidelines and Procedures. The club’s probation will end no sooner than July 1, 2020, the start of Fiscal Year 2021, and will be contingent upon a recommendation from Men’s Club Soccer’s SARP and Executive Board Representative. Upon approval, the terms of their probation will be as follows: 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve UPAC's proposal for a pilot program for a multimedia concert style event. 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve Desi Network of Dance's Goal D program 5, 6, and 7 as programs with no financial subsidy. We approve a pilot fundraiser at the Mueller Center pending Steve Allard's approval.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board reallocate $2003.16 from Facilities Reserves for the purchase of 1 automated external defibrillator at a unit price of $1627 each, 1 AED wall cabinet at a unit price of $349 each, 1 facility sticker at a unit price of $4.16 each, and 1 AED sign at a unit price of $23 each. This AED will be placed in the Union lobby.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve RPI Ambulances' purchase of a Lifepak 1000 automated external defibrillator carrying case, portable suction unit, and two D size oxygen cylinders, and approve the reallocation of $3860 to support these purchases from FY20 Club Contingencies.
