I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board waive Model Railroad's community member membership cap as proposed and presented to the Board on March 5, 2020, effective immediately, in order to facilitate the rebuild of the new layout. 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve a starter budget of $268.00 for Running Club [and, in effect, approve the Running Club's status as a Union Funded Club, effective immediately] from FY20 Stop Gap Contingencies. 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve CSSA's proposal to attend the 2020 NECBL tournament on March 14th and 15th and approve their use of the CSSA name. 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve the RPI Autism Self-Advocacy Network as a Union recognized club, effective immediately.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board allocate $3028 from FY20 RMA Reserve Fund to furnish RMA's Recording Studio with $352 in Mobile Tripod Stands, a $20 year-long Distrokid Subscription, a $2499 Keyboard and $1077 in Sound Panels, part of these costs may be subsidized by RMA from their FY20 Budget.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board allocate $2602 and $831 of the Union Facilities Reserves toward the purchase of chairs and stands, respectively, for RMA's use.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board reallocate $920 from Goal D, Program 1, of RMA's FY20 Budget to partially fund the furnishing of their Recording Studio. 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve of RMA's use of the J Building 2nd Floor rooms for practice, storage, and any additional use consistent with their club purpose, RMA is only authorized to use the Institute-approved rooms on the 2nd Floor of J Building.

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve the Rensselaer Union Guidelines & Procedures as proposed by the Ad-Hoc Policy Committee and presented to the Board on February 13th, 2020, effective immediately. 

I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve RESET as a Union affiliated club, effective immediately.
