1. To approve the President of the Union's appointment of Cassidy Schultz as a Club and Organization Representative to the Executive Board, effective immediately.

The Rensselaer Union 50th Student Senate hereby RESOLVES:

1. To approve the President of the Union's appointment of Alexander Hauck as a Club and Organization Representative to the Executive Board, effective immediately.

The Rensselaer Union 50th Student Senate hereby RESOLVES:

1. To approve the President of the Union's appointment of Deepika Kothakapa as a Club and Organization Representative to the Executive Board, effective immediately.

The Rensselaer Union 50th Student Senate hereby RESOLVES:

1. To approve the President of the Union's appointment of Erim Yanik as the Graduate Representative to the Executive Board, effective immediately.

The Rensselaer Union 50th Student Senate hereby RESOLVES:

1. To approve the President of the Union's appointment of Yaseen Mahmoud as the Class of 2022 Representative to the Executive Board, effective immediately.

The Rensselaer Union 50th Student Senate hereby RESOLVES:

1. To approve the President of the Union's appointment of Rida Rahman as the Class of 2021 Representative to the Executive Board, effective immediately.

The Rensselaer Union 50th Student Senate hereby RESOLVES:

1. To approve the President of the Union's appointment of Iris Erlanger as the Class of 2020 Representative to the Executive Board, effective immediately.

WHEREAS the first full implementation of The Arch will begin on May 20, 2019;

WHEREAS the current Vice Grand Marshal will be participating in The Arch and is scheduled to take a semester away during the fall term;

WHEREAS the Vice Grand Marshal has the responsibility of monitoring committees, monitoring petitions, and filling in for the Grand Marshal when needed;

The Rensselaer Union 50th Student Senate hereby RESOLVES:

1. To amend The Bylaws of the Rensselaer Union Student Senate by inserting the following after item 11 of Article III: Officers:
   
   "12. The Grand Marshal may, at their discretion, nominate other non-voting officers to assist with administering the business of the Senate.
   a. These discretionary non-voting officers shall serve at the pleasure of the Grand Marshal.”
