I move that the Rensselaer Union Executive Board approve the Playhouse's request for a new digital sound system, an upgrade to the wireless microphone system, and an upgrade to the communications system. This is a total of $62,606.60. The first $20,000 will come from Playhouse Reserves. At the end of FY18, $70,000 was put into Facilities Reserves and earmarked for Playhouse sound upgrades. The remaining $42,606.60 will come from this amount in Facilities Reserves.
