Elections Commission

The Elections Commission (EC) plays a unique and distinct role by overseeing all student government elections. This committee also oversees the petition process and moderates the RPI Petitions website. Its membership is set by the Union Constitution and draws from the bodies of student government alongside members at large. The chair must be willing to analyze the current elections policy and process in order to move towards a more sustainable elections process. The chair must also be willing to work very closely with the Web Technologies Group in order to make information pertaining to elections readily available for the Rensselaer community.
