The Rensselaer Union has over 200 student clubs and organizations. They have diverse goals and programs for various academic, professional, campus programming, sport, greek life, hobby/special interest, multicultural, fitness/recreation, religious, service/volunteerism, and visual/performing arts. Each year clubs are asked to review current budget guidelines to aid them in crafting a thoughtful budget adhering to present policy set forth by the Executive Board.
Rensselaer Union clubs who travel for competitions and events must follow specific rules and fill out forms in advance of their travel. If your club travels, please review Club Travel guidelines prior to scheduling travel.
Rensselaer Union clubs may need a club purchasing bid sheet, RCS guest account, referree payment form, reimbursement form, student payroll authorization form, or a union purchase requisition form.
Clubs should be familiar with the club management system which is an important tool for club membership, budgets, websites, email lists, constitutions, and important information for club officers.
